So it's May. Which means it's CONTACT month in Toronto. I'm signed up for three portfolio reviews, the first of which was today (Maia Sutnik - she used the terms "accomplished" and "gallery worthy", and suggested places that might be interested in Uneasy Truce).

Since The House is sold (gone!) now I have some free time. I have installed Flash and Dreamweaver, and am beginning to wean myself off GoLive. Another month or so and I *may* not feel like I have forgotten how to do everything.

Try to enjoy the portfolio reviews. They must be a bit disarming, especially as they're as much business as art. Uneasiest and longest standing bedfellows.

I have to get out to Contact this year! I always miss most of it.

Also, I'm doing the GoLive to Dreamweaver thing, too and I must say, it's easy as pie! I love how intuitive and clever Dreamweaver is. If you replace an image and it's resized, you just click a button and it rewrites the height and width tags. Sweet! Also, the split screen is invaluable.

Oscar and I are going to try and "do" as much of contact as we can this year ... let me know when you're free maybe we can go arting.
